Duży budynek hotelowo kolonijny, trzy piętrowy wraz z piwnicą, po wejściu przez otwartą brame na prawo jest mniejszy budynek wejście w nim jest przez jedno okno balkonowe, w głównym przez okno odrazu po prawej stronie, warto odwiedzić, fajny klimat, niestety bez wyposażenia, na pierwszym piętrze w drugich lub pierwszych drzwiach po lewo leżą zwłoki kota :(. Bunynek nie jest chroniony, ale można trafić na dzieciaki z ASG ;). Warto patrzeć pod nogi w niektórych pokojach są zawalone podłogi. W małym budynku nie ma schodów lecz zostały po nich metalowe części po których można na spokojnie wejść.
