Historia tej nietypowej elektrowni wiatrowej sięga roku 1978 kiedy to Józef Antos zadecydował o zbudowaniu na swoim polu w Rębielicach Królewskich nietypowej elektrowni wiatrowej. Pan Antos będący z zawodu ślusarzem i mechanikiem postanowił zbudować turbinę wiatrową posiadającą jedno skrzydło w kształcie koła. Prace nad tą nietypową konstrukcją trwały aż do 2003 roku i kosztowały konstruktora ponad 1 mln złotych. Niestety mimo ukończenia budowy w 2003 roku, Józef Antos nie mógł znaleźć odpowiedniej prądnicy do zainstalowania w swojej turbinie. Co gorsza, w 2009 roku konstruktor zmarł, a turbina nigdy nie została uruchomiona. Obecnie niszczeje pozostawiona bez opieki.
