- The site is huge and heavily wooded, previously partly visible on 2016 satellite imagery
- Some sections have been demolished, others fenced off recently or repurposed/in use
- Entry to the power plant building is via a window on the first floor level, currently unobstructed
- Access to the control room is via the roof, not through the turbine hall
- Many visitors report being unable to find the entrance to the underground tunnels despite years of searching
- Reports on security are contradictory - some visitors encountered no one, others saw patrols (around 3pm) or a car driving around the site
- Cameras and sensors are present in many spots, but recent comments say most no longer work or are considered fake
- One working motion-activated camera is reported near the control room/office entrance, though no one responded even after entering its range
- Homeless people have been encountered inside the building
- Most buildings are in poor condition and stripped of equipment, but the turbine hall and control room remain surprisingly well preserved
- The power plant building is in poor shape with numerous holes in the floor, requiring great caution
- Some structures have been demolished, and artifacts and chemicals reported in older comments are mostly gone now
- The site is reportedly for sale, but as of now nothing has changed on the ground
- The power plant with its turbine hall and machinery is considered the highlight of the site
- The control room, with preserved computers and keyboards, is described as very well preserved
- A water tower next to the power plant building can also be climbed
- Anti-explosion tunnels and a walk between the street and building Z9 are mentioned as pleasant
- The office section is worth seeing, though less interesting and partly closed off
- Visitors recommend setting aside a full day due to the size of the site
- Caution is advised when moving through the power plant building due to floor holes and damage
- Visiting soon is recommended, as the condition of the buildings keeps deteriorating

Jedna z ciekawszych miejscówek w okolicy. Sam teren Pronitu jest ogromny i mocno zalesiony, więc można tam naprawdę sporo pochodzić i czasami znaleźć coś ciekawego totalnie przypadkiem XD.
Najlepsza część moim zdaniem to elektrociepłownia.
Sytuacja z ochrono raczej stabilna.
