Wejście na teren bardzo proste jednakże trzeba sie przecisnąć przez dziure w deskach a wczesniej przejsc przez ogrodzenie (zaznaczone pinezką). Zero ochrony, budynek oznakowany tylko tabliczkami uwaga teren prywatny itp. Sam budynek jest już w ruinie jednakże zachowało sie całkiem sporo starych zjezdzalni, wyposażonych saun i boilerów oraz jakichś pojemników na wode. Jest dostępna także piwnica która prowadzi pod głownymi basenami (tam sie przyda mieć jakąś maskę bo pyłu dużo).
W skrócie bardzo fajne miejsce na urbex. Obowiązkowa latarka nawet w słoneczny dzień.
