Chmielna 102, zabytkowa kamienica z początku XX wieku.
Wejście jest od tyłu, trzeba przeskoczyć płotek a potem wspiąć się przez okno na parterze.
Część poprzeczna, przez którą się wchodzi, jest w fatalnym stanie; najdłużej też jest opuszczona. Przez strych, piwnice, lub przez podwórko i wspinając się przez parterowe okna przejść można do oficyn i kamienicy frontowej, które zachowane są w znacznie lepszym stanie, jako że opuszczone przez mieszkańców zostały stosunkowo niedawno. Znaleźć tu można parę perełek i naprawdę dużo nie zniszczonego wyposażenia mieszkań. Na klatce kamienicy frontowej ostały się przepiękne zdobione drewniane drzwi z wraz z portalami oraz oryginalne posadzki.
