- The grounds are easy to enter through holes in the fence, from the forest or street side, and sometimes even through the gate.
- Getting into the building is very hard: windows and doors are boarded up or barred, and easier entry points are regularly secured.
- The most commonly described way in is through a window or balcony on the first floor, which requires climbing and is risky.
- An entry through a boiler room window was also described, but a grate blocks the stairwell behind it, and a newer comment says the hole has been patched.
- Comments conflict on accessibility: some visitors got inside, while others found no way in at all.
- Many comments say a caretaker or guard shows up on site, described as a long-haired man in a blazer who chases and questions intruders.
- Some visitors report he called the police and either threatened with a gun or used a rubber-bullet weapon, while others think those stories are made up.
- Some people spent a whole day there without meeting anyone, so the guard's presence seems irregular.
- Police or municipal guard patrols were reported parking in front of the gate and checking the area.
- Comments conflict on alarms and cameras: some describe working motion sensors and cameras, especially in the tower section, while others say the alarm is disconnected or absent.
- The interior is mostly empty and vandalized, although some visitors consider it well preserved.
- The boiler room is wrecked but still accessible, and a few items remain in it.
- The building is continually secured and boarded up, and many windows have no glass.
- In the forest near the building there is a well shaft with two large, deep holes.
- The building makes a strong impression from the outside thanks to its beautiful architecture.
- The roof offers a great view and can be reached through the attic, though it is steep.
- The grounds include a panoramic lift, a tall tower with a chimney, and several small open buildings.
- The interiors and corridors have a hospital atmosphere, and the basements are considered interesting.
- Some groups left one person by the car as a lookout in case security arrived.
- A ladder was used to enter through a window, and when climbing to the balcony it helps to watch for glass and wear gloves.
- One person advises scouting the place yourself rather than relying on the opinions in the comments.
